The STEM Lending Library at the Southeast Education Service Center provides fun and engaging opportunities for schools in the region to explore coding, engineering, and computer science. Each kit comes complete with lesson plans and project supplies, and teachers can request professional development or coaching to help get familiar with the equipment. This program is designed to allow students and teachers to explore their personal interests, experiment with makerspace concepts, use a variety of tools and materials (both physical and virtual), and create imaginative projects in an interactive and exciting manner.
SESC robotics kits include Finch, Sphero BOLT, Sphero INDI, Sphero RVR, Ozobot EVO, Bee Bots, Birdbrain Hummingbirds, 3D Printing, CoDrone, and Makey Makey.
SESC's STEM Library program was made possible by funding through the Utah STEM Action Center.
